- We shall recruit officers /ratings to various reputed Foreign as well as Indian principals in compliance with the rules and guidelines framed by The DIRECTORATE GENERAL OF SHIPPING.
- We are committed to provide Quality services to our clients and at the same time our company policy is also to safe-guard the interest of the Indian seafarers employed with our principals.
- We state that the seafarer’s personal data /Documents and other details will be kept as confidential and not communicated to any third parties except when required by concerned authorities.
- No means, mechanisms or lists intended to prevent or deter seafarers from gaining employment would be used by the company.
- Company shall carry out recruitment without any discrimination policy or bias based on race, color, sex, religion, political opinion, national extraction or social origin. However any distinction, exclusion or preferences in respect of a particular job based on the inherent requirements thereof shall not be deemed to be discrimination.
- Records of all the seafarers recruited through our company, shall be retained for a minimum period of five years. Such records shall include copies of advertisements issued by the company, interview letters, correspondence with applicants, copies of appointment letters, etc.
- The original documents of the seafarers, as and when required by us for processing, shall be safely stored in secured lockers and the receipt of the same shall be provided to the seafarers.
- On submitting his application for placement to our agency, seafarer shall be issued an acknowledgement with full style address and license number and expiry date of license. However this acknowledgement shall not be construed as guarantee for job in our company.
